One website, two audiences

UASSISTANT SCHOOL recruits personal assistants for businesses and trains people who want to become one. Before us everything lived on Instagram. We built a site where a business owner and a future assistant each take their own path from the first screen.

The task

What the client came with

Starting point

All communication went through Instagram. Business owners and assistants wrote into the same inbox, and packages, prices and terms were explained to each person separately.

The company has two audiences with different questions: a business wants a reliable assistant, an assistant wants a profession and a job. Mixing them on one page meant losing both.

Goals

  • Split businesses and assistants into two clear paths
  • Show the recruiting packages with prices and what each includes
  • Explain how hiring works, from the first call to payment
  • A separate page for mentoring and assistant training
  • Applications from every form straight into the CRM
Before and after

Instagram only → a website of their own

BeforeInstagram only
  • Businesses and assistants in the same inbox
  • Prices and terms explained to each person separately
  • Unclear how hiring works and when to pay
  • Applications got lost in chats
AfterTheir own website
  • Two paths: for businesses and for assistants
  • 3 recruiting packages with prices and contents
  • An 11-step client journey with 50/50 payment
  • Three times more applications, all in the CRM
Solution

What we built

A website for two audiences: each sees its own services, prices and application form.

Two paths from the first screen

"Are you a business owner?" and "Are you an assistant?". Visitors see the services meant for them straight away.

Recruiting packages with prices

Basic, Standard and Premium: how many candidates, what is included, what guarantee. Businesses compare and choose without a call.

Client journey

11 steps from the first call to the end of the probation period. It is clear when the first payment is due and when the rest.

Mentoring for assistants

A separate training page: who it is for, what it solves, how to join. With its own application form.

UAssistant pool

A "VIP list" of assistants the company trusts. Motivation for students and an argument for businesses.

Applications in the CRM

Every form feeds the CRM, so it is clear whether an application came from a business or an assistant.

The hard part

Two paths for two audiences on one website

A business owner and an assistant arrive with different questions and want different results. The site had to speak to each in their own terms without mixing offers or duplicating pages.

What we decided against: two separate websites

We considered separate sites for businesses and assistants. We chose one: there is one brand, the assistants in the pool are the very product businesses buy, and one site is simpler and cheaper to run.

Review

We work with two very different audiences, and WebCode.Agency found a way to speak to both on one website. Business owners see our packages and how hiring works, assistants see how to grow with us. In a month we went from Instagram messages to three times more applications.
