VSL Rehab is the online platform of rehabilitation coach Oleksandr Vasyliev: injury recovery programmes, training plans and courses for specialists. We built a course store with payments and a student area where people work through a programme day by day.
The courses lived on private Instagram pages. Every student was given access by hand, and updating a programme or checking who had access was hard work.
The more students and programmes there were, the more time went into admin instead of coaching.

Students record a short video and get a discount on their next course. The platform collects reviews for sales by itself.
One programme is 10+ modules, each with weeks, each week with days, and each day with its own exercises. Oleksandr had to be able to build any programme from these parts and change it without a developer.
What Oleksandr does himself in the admin panel
He creates new courses and edits old ones, rearranges modules, days and exercises, grants access to students and writes blog posts. No developer needed.
