1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter – «Offer») is a proposal by WebCode.Agency (hereinafter – «Company») to enter into a contract for the provision of web development and related services.
1.2. Acceptance of this Offer by the Client (hereinafter – «Client») is carried out by sending a request, confirmation, or payment for the services.
1.3. Any use of the Services or ordering of services constitutes full acceptance of the terms of this Offer by the Client.
2.1. The Company provides web development, design, website support, integrations, and related services (hereinafter – «Services»).
2.2. The list of specific services and deadlines is determined individually for each project.
3.1. Service prices are determined individually for each project.
3.2. The minimum project budget is 1000 EUR.
3.3. Payment is made based on an invoice or via an online payment system.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to agree on individual payment terms for a specific project with the Client.
4.1. The Company undertakes to provide the Services in accordance with the Offer and the concluded contract.
4.2. The Client undertakes to provide the necessary information and materials for the provision of the Services.
4.3. The Client has the right to request modifications to the project within the agreed scope and deadlines.
5.1. The Company is not liable for the loss of Client data that was not provided or properly stored by the Client.
5.2. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials provided.
6.1. The Offer comes into force upon its acceptance by the Client and is valid until full performance of obligations by the parties.
6.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if impossible – in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
6.3. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms of the Offer by publishing the updated version on the website.
