We research your market, competitors and buyers, build the catalog logic and design the UI/UX around the path to checkout.
At launch you get the store, a secure server and a CRM that receives every order.
Find your situation — it defines the scope of research and the project format.
You have products and buyers — you need a store that looks trustworthy and takes payments reliably.
OpenCart, Shopify or WordPress can’t handle the integrations you need, and the site is slow.
Traffic is there, but buyers leave at checkout.
Orders in a notebook, stock in Excel, shipping labels typed in manually.
Six phases from market research to the first orders. Each one ends with a result you see and approve.

See all case studiesYou don’t get a mockup or a zip of files — you get a store that takes real orders on launch day: it runs on our server, secured and monitored, and every order goes straight to the CRM.
One team is responsible for everything.
We build and maintain the store, server and CRM ourselves, so every question is solved in one chat. After launch the store stays on a monthly care plan: updates, security, backups, monitoring, integrations and CRM. We tailor the plan to the project. More about our servers

Staged payments: you see and approve every result before the next payment.
We work officially: price and timeline are fixed in the contract, and we can sign an NDA before discussing details.
Fixes under warranty are free. After that, the store stays on our care plan.

How much does an online store cost and what drives the price?
We price every store individually and within 72 hours send a proposal broken down by phase: research, prototype, design, development, integrations, server and CRM. Three things move the price: catalog size, the number of systems the store has to connect to, and the design format. We fix the price in the contract before work starts.
Why does an online store need research?
Because a store earns money on the path from finding a product to paying for it, and every extra step costs orders. Competitor research shows how your niche sells and where to stand out, buyer research shows how people search and choose, and a prototype of the catalog, product page and cart lets us agree on the logic while changes are still cheap. As a result, design and development run without rework and the store sells from day one.
What does end-to-end mean: store, server and CRM?
You get a ready system, not just website files. We host the store on our server with SSL, security updates, DDoS protection, daily backups and 24/7 monitoring. We connect payments, delivery and accounting and test them with real orders, and every order goes straight to the CRM — in our cloud or on your server. After launch all of this stays on a monthly care plan tailored to the project.
What happens if I outgrow the Start format?
You pay the difference, not the full price again. Upgrade within 3 months of launch and everything you paid is credited, so you only pay the difference. After that, data migration is added to the quote. Your catalog, customers and orders carry over.
What does the care plan cover, and what counts as new work?
The care plan keeps everything that already exists in the store running: server, security, backups, monitoring, payments, delivery, integrations and CRM. Anything new — pages, bulk product uploads, design changes — is new work: we estimate it in hours and agree the quote in advance.
What do you build stores on?
Start-format stores run on our own platform, proven on dozens of projects: a fast launch with no third-party platform licenses and no percentage of your orders. Stores with a non-standard catalog, custom logic or high load are built for the task with React, Next.js, Vue.js, Nuxt, Node.js, Laravel and Python, with PostgreSQL, MySQL and Redis databases, in Docker containers. We choose other technologies to fit the project.
Who owns the store and the data?
The data is entirely yours: orders and customers export to CSV in one click, any time. You get the store together with full access to the server and admin panel. Our own building blocks — templates and modules we also use for other clients — stay ours, but that never limits what you do with your store.
Can you migrate my existing store without losing rankings?
Yes. We map every old URL to its new address with 301 redirects, carry over titles and descriptions, and keep the structured data. Rankings usually wobble for two to three weeks after a migration and then come back. We monitor them through that period as part of the launch.
What do you need from me, and how much of my time?
Product data in a spreadsheet, photos, and your logo if you have one. Time-wise: about an hour for the brief, an hour to review the prototype and design, and an hour of training at handover. Everything else runs without you. We can also prepare the product data ourselves — that’s a separate import module.
Describe the task in a few sentences — that’s enough to start. We can sign an NDA before discussing details.
We use your data only to reply to your request. Privacy policy
