A website that brings in distributors

BAUGLAS is a European maker of polycarbonate sheets with a factory in Serbia. There was no website at all, only PDF catalogues, brochures and trade fairs. We built a corporate catalogue site that EU distributors use to find the factory and request an offer.

The task

What the client came with

Starting point

There was no website. The factory sold through PDF catalogues, printed brochures and trade fairs. A distributor searching Google for a polycarbonate manufacturer simply did not find BAUGLAS.

For a B2B buyer, the website is a check: is the factory real, what volumes, which certificates. Without a site the factory lost that comparison before the first email.

Goals

  • Find new distributors across the EU
  • Build BAUGLAS as a recognisable brand, not just "the factory from the brochure"
  • Show the full range in a way that is easy to navigate
  • Prove the factory's level: production, quality control, certificates
  • Enquiries straight to email and the CRM
Before and after

PDF catalogues and brochures → a catalogue website

BeforePDF catalogues and brochures
  • The factory could not be found on Google
  • The range lived in PDFs that went out of date fast
  • New contacts came mostly from trade fairs
  • Nowhere to show production and certificates
AfterCatalogue website
  • EU distributors find the factory on their own
  • 2,500+ products in 4 lines with specifications
  • "Request an offer" on every page
  • Twice as many B2B projects
Solution

What we built

A corporate website in English for the European B2B market, from first impression to offer request.

A catalogue of 4 product lines

Multiwall, Solid, Corrugated and Accessories. Each line has its own page with benefits, applications and a specification table.

Solutions by application

Agriculture, road noise barriers, safe glazing, industrial, DIY. Buyers look for a solution for their project, not "a 10 mm sheet".

Factory figures up front

3 factories, 2,500+ products, 20 years, 5,000 tonnes shipped. The facts a B2B buyer checks first.

Private label and custom production

A clear focus on contract manufacturing: the site sells the factory's capacity, not just sheets.

Trust: quality and certificates

Pages on the factory, quality control and certificates, plus a production gallery. What used to be shown only at trade fairs.

Enquiries in the CRM

Offer requests go to email and the CRM, so no distributor gets lost between emails.

The hard part

2,500+ products a distributor can navigate in two clicks

The range lived in thick PDFs. We had to turn it into a structure where a buyer from Germany or Poland understands within a minute what the factory can supply.

What we decided against: an online shop with prices

For a distributor the price depends on volume, country and delivery terms, so a fixed price in a cart would only put off large buyers. Instead of a cart there is an offer request, and a manager replies with personal terms.

Review

Hvala timu WebCode.Agency na brzom i kvalitetnom radu. Za samo mesec dana dobili smo sajt koji predstavlja našu fabriku u Evropi, a distributeri nas sada sami pronalaze i šalju upite. Broj B2B projekata se udvostručio.

Thank you to the WebCode.Agency team for fast, high-quality work. In just one month we had a website that represents our factory in Europe, and distributors now find us and send enquiries on their own. Our B2B projects have doubled.
